How to have your data removed
If you commented on a Choose The Stickman post and want your information removed, or you have appeared in a video and want to be taken out, tell us. There is no fee and you do not need to give a reason.
How to ask
- Send a direct message to @choose.the.stickman on Instagram or in a YouTube comment reply saying "remove me", or email thebluesqud@gmail.com with your Instagram username or YouTube channel name and the subject "Remove me".
- We will check the request came from the account holder (a reply from your account is enough) and then act on it.
What we delete
- Any comment text, username, like count and profile picture we still hold for you. Raw comment data is already deleted within 7 days of counting votes.
- Your name from the story script, captions and notes, and any saved copy of your profile picture.
- If you appear in a published video, we will remove the video or replace it with a version that does not include you. We aim to do this within 7 days of confirming your request.
What we cannot delete
Your comments and profile are on Instagram (Meta) or YouTube (Google). We cannot delete those. To remove your own comment, delete it on that platform. Copies already shared or downloaded by other people are outside our control.
